I have an account (have had for several years) but haven't logged in in several months. When I went to login today, the login page just keeps coming back up. I didn't change my password, and I'm fairly certain I still have the email that the account was created under, but I have no way to request a password reset and there's no information on the base site to contact someone - can anyone help?

Hello ^-^ I am an old player but since the password reset doesn't work, I want to register again.

I registered in 2015 i think and like ever since a while i am not able to login anymore! everytime i click login it just does nothing! i had a lot of things on that account and i want them back. Is there any way to fix this and does anyone else have the same issue?

I don't believe I've ever created an account, but when I register it says my email has been taken? Maybe I have created an account (if thats the case then I don't remember my username or password). I don't know who to contact for this, so I'll just post this here and hope someone answers.

I’m not sure when I joined but it has been over a few months and I’ve somehow remembered about this site, I would really love to get back into my account but I have forgotten my username and password, although I think I know my password I have no clue if it’s correct or not as I can’t check without my username..

I still have the email account I signed up with, is there some way I can contact an admin about my username as they never said what I set my username as in the original email.

I have been on hiatus for a few months now on VOU, but I thought I might pop in today, But the site says "Preparing for ebil"-Kristen. Doesn't anybody who has been on recently know when it will be back up? Because ebil was my first-and now sorta favorite-event and I don't want to miss it.

So, I feel as if VOU overall is going to the bin. It seems like there are way less players than before, it's nearly impossible to find the horses you want in stores, and if you do they can either be in the 100,000+ or be a truckload of gold. In addition to this, Overall horse prices are going up and the limitatio to a player's daycare clicking amountage makes it impossible to get that horse you've wanted without spending days waiting for your hold to expire so you can click again. Aaaand last but not least for my beliefs that VOU is going down the trash, is the fact that they've removed the pricing range for horses! Now, say I have only 1,000 silver and all the horses you're able to see are about 10k+ it only makes it harded for you to rummage throgh pages of horses being sold for gold and and unreasonable amounts of silver to find that perfect horse that isn't a bay pinto or horses of that sort. This isn't even all of my complaints about the "new and improved VOU" but I'll hold those back for another day since they don't necessarily interfere with the actual gameplay.

So me and a friend of mine have been trying to register for the site to no avail. They shut down registrations for their Advent Event, but after the alotted deadline given on the Reg page, it hasn't come back up. We'd both contact one of the actual site admin about it, but they have literally no way to contact them off-site posted anywhere and we can't get to them without an account, which we don't have and can't seem to sign up for due to this issue. This is the only place we could think to go that someone with contact to the staff would see.

Is there something else going on right now that prevents this? Is there a way to contact the administration off-site to report this?

This is what it looks like to us every time we try. I left my toolbar intact so that you can see that it is taken ten days after the event was supposed to be closed: Link To Image because it won't let me upload any actual pictures without signing up.

Please help; we're both still interested in joining if we can.
